Miriam Eaves is the Head of Origination at bp’s Launchpad, a scale-up factory dedicated to helping bp meet the “dual challenge” of delivering more of the energy our growing world needs, while at the same time dramatically reducing greenhouse gas emissions. She has over 30 years of experience working in strategic marketing, business and corporate development, and venture capital. She has worked at bp’s venture arm for almost six years and specialises in establishing roadmaps for growth via innovation, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and opening new markets for portfolio companies. Miriam holds a BA, Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
