Jill Duggan is the Senior Adviser of Global Policy for the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), drawing on her extensive career in climate, environment and energy policy across the globe. Until recently, she was the Executive Director, Europe for EDF – building a significant European policy presence in the government.

Over the last decades, Ms Duggan has worked for governments, industry and think tanks, led progressive business groups and given expert testimony on climate and energy policy in a number of jurisdictions around the world. She is now developing the global perspective of EDF to develop pragmatic yet ambitious policies for the global carbon transition.
