Nikhil Ati is a Partner in McKinsey’s Houston office with 20 years of experience in the energy industry.

Mr Ati‘s work is primarily focused on business strategy and decarbonization topics in the energy and chemical sector, where he works with some of the leading institutions on establishing strategy and driving transformation. He has been closely involved in developing Houston’s energy transition efforts, including the regional hydrogen hubs.

Mr Ati currently co-leads McKinsey’s decarbonization service line.
