Victoria Prado is a MSc. in Sustainability Management student at Columbia University, and a Global Energy Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy, where she also conducts research for Jason Bordoff and Dr. Moerenhout on the geopolitics of the energy transition and the critical minerals required. Prior to her studies, Ms Prado was involved in the development of the Brazilian carbon market and in the decarbonization of hard-to-abate sectors.

During the summer of 2023, she was a Summer Associate at the Rockefeller Foundation, where she supported energy access projects in low- and middle-income countries and the decommissioning of coal power plants in Southeast Asia.
