Priyal Maniar is a co-Portfolio Manager of the T. Rowe Price Upstream Resources ETF and Investment Analyst covering North America Energy in the Global Equity Division. She is a Vice President and Investment Advisory Committee member of the US Mid-Cap Value Equity, Diversified Midcap Growth,  Value ETF, and Global Natural Resources Equity Strategies. She is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group.

Ms Maniar's investment experience began in 2012. She has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in the US Equity Division. Prior to that, Priyal was a Senior Research Analyst at Brandywine Global and a Financial Institutions Group Analyst at BlackRock.

Ms Maniar earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, summa cum laude, with a concentration in finance, from Drexel University. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
