Micah Smith is a senior partner in McKinsey & Company’s Dallas office, and the global co-leader of McKinsey’s Oil & Gas practice.

Mr Smith advises clients across the energy sector, helping them incorporate digital, lean methodology, procurement, and capital productivity into their operations transformations.

Before joining McKinsey, Mr Smith provided capital-funding validation and execution-performance tracking at a global oil and gas company and served as an officer in the US Navy’s submarine force.
