Judit Prieto is the Vice President of Industrial Asset Management at Baker Hughes. In this role, she leads a global software organization that develops and delivers a connected suite of solutions for industrial technology customers.

Before this role, Ms Prieto held senior leadership roles across Baker Hughes. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Decarbonization and Strategic Accounts, leading global enterprise account managers and a team of technologists developing decarbonization offerings. Ms Prieto was previously Vice President of Sales and Commercial for the Oil Field Services business, responsible for commercial strategy and sales enablement. She was responsible for developing strategies in key growth areas through alternative business models and regional localization roadmaps, as well as building underwriting capabilities for integrated projects.

With a 12-year oil & gas industry tenure, Ms Prieto has held several leadership positions in the GE Hydril Drilling Business and later as the Global Commercial Operations Leader for GE Oil & Gas before its merger with Baker Hughes. In this capacity, Ms Prieto played an integral part in designing the commercial transformation across segments and operationalized centralized processes & metrics for the enterprise.

Earlier in her career, Ms Prieto served as the global Financial Planning and Analysis Leader for the UK mortgage business within GE Capital. She started in the financial management program and moved to the corporate audit staff, where she had multiple assignments covering business operations, M&A, and financial services in Asia, the US, Latin America and Europe.

Ms Prieto holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from EUNCET University in Barcelona, Spain. Currently based in London, UK, she continues to apply her academic insights to her professional endeavors.
