Kaitochukwu Favour Chukwudi works at the African Development Bank on one of the defining challenges of our time: scaling access to reliable, sustainable energy across Africa through Mission 300.

She holds an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge as a Mastercard Foundation Scholar, where she developed a systems lens on how energy is financed, governed and delivered at scale.

Ms Chukwudi founded EnerGii Tribe, a community for early-career professionals in energy, and has received numerous awards including the SPE Girl in STEM Leadership Award and SEG David Lumley Scholarship, reflecting her commitment to advancing energy access.
