Sudipta Dhabal is a recent Petroleum Engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad. She is currently working as a Reservoir Engineer at ExxonMobil India.

As an energy enthusiast, she previously worked on investment trend analysis as an intern at Wood Mackenzie.

Ms Dhabal represented her university at the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) 2024 after winning the SPE South Asia Regional Student Paper Contest. She was also among the 100 selected delegates for the IPTC Education Week 2024 held in Saudi Arabia.

Beyond academics and industry connect, Ms Dhabal has taken multiple leadership roles within the professional community. She served as the Chapter Officer and Vice-President of the SPE IIT (ISM) Student Chapter and is currently serving as the Student Chapter Liaison for the SPE Bangalore Section.

Passionate about innovation and responsible energy development, she aims to contribute toward building a super efficient and sustainable future for energy.
