This high-level diplomatic dialogue will explore how European public sector decision makers are responding to the challenge of the new geopolitics and geoeconomic realities in the energy system. The proposed phase-out of Russian gas imports in 2027 and other questions of European energy market security, decarbonization and domestic supply development will be addressed in this panel.
