Nikhil Ati is a Senior Partner in McKinsey’s Houston office and leads our work for oil and gas exploration and production (upstream) operators globally. He helps clients implement full corporate transformations at the asset and company levels, including both strategic and operational elements required to drive competitive performance for conventional and unconventional exploration and production operations.

Mr Ati also leads McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance services for oil & gas clients across all industry subsectors (from well to wheel) and is part of the leadership team of our Global O&G Practice.
