ENERGY LEADER FOR TOMORROW 2019
Fan is a master student of Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, learning energy and environment. In oil and gas industry, she has worked in both private and public sectors. She is now interning with Poten & Partners’ LNG consulting team in New York and assisting gas program research at Columbia Center of Global Energy Policy. She was also involved in the energy program of Council on Foreign Relations, as well as House of Representatives at Capitol Hill. Besides, as a trilingual speaker, she has studied and worked in Middle Eastern countries, China, East Africa and the US.
