ENERGY LEADER FOR TOMORROW 2025
Vahyalajah Eunice Kwaji is a petroleum and gas engineering graduate from Nile University of Nigeria, where she earned a cumulative grade point average of 4.99 and was named Overall Best Female Graduate. She is currently serving with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission for her National Youth Service Corps., supporting the Wells and Drilling Services Unit while also collaborating with the Energy Sustainability and Carbon Management Unit.
Ms Eunice’s interests span upstream development strategy, carbon capture and machine learning. She represented Nigeria at the International Petroleum Technology Conference 2023 in Bangkok and is scheduled to present her machine learning-based oil allocation model at the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Nigerian Annual International Conference and Exhibition 2025.
Ms Eunice led the SPE Nile University Chapter to national recognition, has organized outreach programs that impacted over 2,500 students, and mentors aspiring engineers. Her accolades include the Girls in Stem Leadership Award, Apwen Outstanding Academic Award and a project management scholarship. She plans to pursue graduate studies in energy systems.
