ENERGY LEADER FOR TOMORROW 2022

Nada Irsani is an M/LWD (Measurement/Logging While Drilling) Field Engineer in Schlumberger, where she supports drilling and measurement service for Kalimantan — the largest island in Indonesia. Working in swamp barge and jack up rigs for development and semi-exploration wells, Ms Irsani is also involved in the company’s project for carbon footprint reduction by optimizing digitalization in the drilling process.

Ms Irsani’s relentless passion toward the energy sector extends further to volunteering, research and publication. She holds a BEng. in geological engineering from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, where she carried out research on basin modeling, outcrop preservation and sedimentation.

Ms Irsani’s belief in women’s empowerment has also led her to volunteer in Women in Mining and Energy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting gender equality in the mining and energy sector.
